Region 6 is comprised of seven chapters across seven states, including Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Be it High Country or Low Country, Region 6 is famous for its southern hospitality and memorable culinary experiences. From Florida’s sugar-white beaches to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in the famous Outer Banks of North Carolina, Reg. 6 offers some of the most diverse tourist attractions in the USA, including Disney World, the Great Smokey Mounts Nat’l Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the lovely charms of historic Savannah and Charleston, and the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN, home of the 2016 IRWA International Conference.
Although the tempo in Region 6 tends to be laid back, we take four things seriously: Family, food, music, and sports. It is home to the best conference in college football, the SEC, and hosts 6 NFL franchises, 4 NBA franchises, 4 NHL franchises and 3 MLB franchises.
The region is also headquarters for nine of 2015 Fortune 500’s Top 100 Companies: Bank of America, Home Depot, UPS, Lowes, Humana, Coca-Cola, Fed-Ex, Delta, and HCA Holdings.
Thank you for visiting our website. We invite you to be part of an ever-growing, diverse Region 6.
